Programme Clerk (International Education)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day programme administration support for the full-time and part-time programmes,including student recruitment,admission and registration,class scheduling,orientations and graduation ceremony
  • Provide support for teaching staff and students & the task force committee as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-year work experience
  • Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English
  • Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential
Salary
$10,000 - $12,000 per month, with Medical Benefits (Provide counter service support and handle student enquiries/complaints)
Employment Terms
  • Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM/11:00AM-8:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day,每月1天星期六工作,每星期2天下午班工作, (Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor)
