Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities
  • 協助顧客進行預訂,創造難忘的住店體驗
  • 建立客史檔案
  • 詢問並跟進顧客對所推廣產品的回饋情況
  • 推廣各項產品,參與優惠套餐的推廣與銷售
  • 完成部門語言培訓,包括日程計劃及資料的準備
  • 協助前廳部其他日常運作
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English
  • Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
  • 接受過酒店管理相關培訓; 良好說話及書寫表達能力、溝通能力及應變能力
Salary
$18,000 per month, with Accommodation provided, Double Pay, Medical Insurance, Meal provided and Promotion Opportunity
Employment Terms
  • 24 hours shift work, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
