Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
  • 負責集團高管辦公室的日常行政工作,包括郵件收發、考勤管理、行程安排等
  • 協調集團高管的會議安排,根據需要記錄會議紀要,並跟進後續相關事項的進展情況
  • 負責集團高管日常工作的口譯和筆譯工作(主要是商務翻譯)
  • 高效執行和傳達集團高管下達的任務和命令
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English
  • Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
  • 良好溝通, 協調力及執行力; 熟練使用辦公軟件,會製作簡報
Salary
$18,000 per month, with Accommodation provided, Double Pay, Medical Insurance, Meal provided and Promotion Opportunity
Employment Terms
  • Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
